I'm going to Cliff's 50th Anniversary Concert

I just picked up my ticket for the Cliff & The Shadows concert in Odense, Denmark. I am so excited!!

There's been an extra date added to Cliff & The Shadows final tour:

WEMBLEY ARENA, OCTOBER 23rd 2009.

Tickets for this new date goes on sale from February 8th at 10am.

Three new cd's out in April

THIS POST HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I WROTE THERE'S A NEW CD BOX OUT SOON BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY 3 SEPARATE CD'S. SORRY!

I see we've got another person following this blog. We really appreciate it, thank you very much! It's nice to get to know new Cliff Richard fans - well, new to us, anyway!

It's one of my absolute favorites - I think it's the "oozing with charm, got a girl on each arm" line. I'm lovin' it..

And people! There are three new cd's out on April 6! First CD is Japan Tour 1974 which was recorded in Tokyo. Next CD is Rare B Sides 1963-1989 which is full of "forgotten" tracks. Last CD is Lost and Found (From the Archives).

WE'RE SO EXCITED, WE JUST WANNA DANCE!!

Additional dates for Cliff and The Shads tour

Additional Cliff and The Shadows shows have been announced for London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester and Sheffield, plus a return to London (Wembley Arena) at the end of the tour.

People are literally flooding to these concerts (or at least to the ticket offices) because Cliff Richard and The Shadows are a part of our history, our collected memories and we can all remember being certain places at certain times and go "Oh yeah, that's when they played this and that song"..

Yay! What a warm fuzzy feeling I get when I see Sir Cliff back with Bruce Welch and Hank Marvin. Three "old" buddies coming together to tour and celebrate their 50th anniversary.



Oh Lord, please let me go to one of those concerts. Have mercy.
